Czech Republic

Transport

In Czech, they drive on the right-hand side of the road. You can pick up a rental car at any major airport in the country. Portugal has a large network of trains, buses and highways that connect with Germany, Poland, Austria and Slovakia.

Money

The official currency of the Czech Republic is the koruna. The koruna is one of the European Union’s 11 currencies. The koruna comes in notes of 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 Kč. We suggest using a Wise card to cut down on high international withdrawal fees.

Food

You will find lots of hearty meals in the Czech Republic. A meal at a mid-priced restaurant should cost around $20 (USD), while coffee will set you back $2.68 and a loaf of bread $1.24. Look out for the tourist menus to save some dollars.
