  1. There is a lot to do in Ballarat. Big 4 looks like it would be great for kids. I passed through from the Grampians on my way back to Melbourne so I didn’t spend enough time exploring this town and Sovereign Hills. I did enjoy J-ward in Ararat before I arrived in Ballarat.

  2. Thanks for the tips and hightlights of travelling to the Ballarat; and places to see apart from the Soverign Hill. There are actually quite a look of attraction, wildlife, history and active things~ !! Good to know!!

  3. Great Post Guys,we personally visit Ballarat regularly for Shopping and Health Visits. I have stayed in various accomodation across Ballarat. We haven’t been to Sovereign Hill and we really should make the effort. The Winter Wonderland is on at the moment and its proving to be a hit!

  4. Soverign Hill sounds like a lovely place – never been to Australia, but if I ever do, this will be a great resource for me. Thanks for the write up!
