Australia

Australia is world famous for its natural wonders and wide open spaces, its beaches, deserts, “the bush”, and “the Outback“. Australia is one of the world’s most highly urbanised countries; it is well known for the attractions of its large cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Australia is the sixth-largest country by land area. It is comparable in size to the 48 contiguous United States. Australia is bordered to the west by the Indian Ocean, and to the east by the South Pacific Ocean. The Tasman Sea lies to the south-east, separating it from New Zealand, while the Coral Sea lies to the northeast. Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Indonesia are Australia’s northern neighbours, separated from Australia by the Arafura Sea and the Timor Sea.

Visiting Australia is on top of a lot of travellers lists. Things to do in Australia vary from outback exploration to coastal experiences. We are from Australia. We live in Gippsland one of the most beautiful places to visit in Australia. Melbourne is our closest city. Top Melbourne tourist attractions include many sporting and cultural events. Travelling Australia with kids is easy, entertaining and educational. I hope you enjoy the Wyld Family Travel Australia travel guide.
